May Lecture and Performance Series

What’s special about May at The Isadora Duncan Dance Foundation?

We celebrate Isadora Duncan’s birthday (officially May 27, 1878) withseveral “lecture plus performance” events taking place at The Isadora Duncan Dance Foundation and The New York Public Library of the Performing Arts.

The following events will take place at The Isadora Duncan Dance Foundation's studio location (3rd floor of our building in Chelsea).  In this intimate space where the company rehearses, each program will be proceeded by a short gallery tour of archival images at the Foundation.

Join us:

Thursday, May 8th, 6:30pm: Lecture + Dance Excerpts - "Under the Tunic: Duncan Technique and Transmission of the Legacy"
