Free Community Class on Governors Island

Join Senior Company Member Emily D’Angelo at the beautiful Governors Island for a free, open-level class!
Part of Governors Island Third Saturdays, this class will celebrate the joy, the spirit, and the fun of Isadora Duncan dancing - in the lush green lawn of Nolan Park.

NYC Summer Workshop
Join us for the Isadora Duncan Dance Foundation’s summer workshops in New York City! The workshop is 12 full days of training and includes daily Isadora Duncan technique classes, repertory, video screenings, tunic making, art viewing, discussions, and networking.

IDDF Studio in Chelsea, and potentially other clean and well-lit studios.

Tuition: $1500 for full workshop, $800 for a single week
It does not include travel, housing or meals.
Space permitting, students unable to attend the entire workshop and/or interested in technique classes only are welcome to technique classes, Monday through Saturday, 10am-12pm.
Tuition for technique classes only is $290 for both weeks, $150 per week, or $30 single class.
